The 2-month format is the perfect amount of time to facilitate your growth on and off the mat. We begin each day with an invigorating asana practice to explore the body and focus the mind. You will learn anatomy and alignment through integrative, hands-on application. Extensive time is spent on intelligent sequencing and purposeful teaching. Deepen your living yoga experience through full spectrum sadhana practice, including mantra, mudra, pranayama and meditation. A 500-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training allows Yoga Teachers to dive deeper into their teaching experiences. 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training combines 200 and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs. A 200HR focuses on the fundamentals of yogic philosophy, anatomy, teaching practice and structure. A 300HR program is for teachers who wish to dig deeper into their practice and translate it into more authentic teaching.

We will share space on beautiful Arambol overlooking the ocean for two months. We will focus on our self-work and processing as the tides rise and fall. We will sequence, peak poses, theming, fine-tuning, and provide hands-on assistance. Some advanced asana will be worked with during practical lessons.

Topics we will cover in our 500 hour Yoga TTC

To be an effective teacher on the mat, one must find the right fit for their practice and preference. Upon completing this training, the students will know and understand the differences in each method and learn proper sequencing, complimentary breathing techniques, and how to modify for common injuries/limitations.
